4th Grade Teacher (2026 - 2027 School Year) GR Whitfield School What You'll Do Instructional Excellence Design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge students through Higher Order Thinking strategies. Prioritize rich vocabulary instruction across content areas. Adapt lessons to meet the diverse academic and cultural needs of your students. Student Growth Use a variety of assessments to track progress and drive individualized instruction. Participate in data team meetings and PLCs to refine practice and raise achievement. Leadership Development Model and nurture responsible, respectful, and safe behaviors. Inspire students to become leaders in the classroom and across the school. Collaboration & Communication Partner with grade-level colleagues, instructional coaches, and administrators to meet shared goals. Build strong relationships with families and celebrate student success together. Engage in school culture through the Ridgewood House System and community events.
