To Be Determined Job Description Cornish Elementary School is seeking a caring, collaborative, and student-centered Grade 3 Educator to join our dedicated school community for the upcoming school year. Cornish Elementary School is a small PreK-8 school grounded in strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to helping every student grow both academically and personally. At CES, staff members work closely together to create engaging learning experiences, foster a welcoming environment, and support students as individuals. We are looking for an educator who:- Builds strong, positive relationships with students and families
- Creates an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
- Demonstrates strong elementary instructional practices in literacy and mathematics
- Uses student data to inform instruction and support growth
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues, interventionists, and support staff
- Maintains high expectations while supporting the social-emotional needs of students
- Is reflective, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement
- Brings positivity, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset to the school community Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Tier 1 instruction aligned to district and state standards
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Foster a classroom culture that is safe, respectful, and student-centered
- Communicate regularly and positively with families
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, collaboration teams, and professional learning
- Support school expectations and contribute positively to the CES community Qualifications
- NH Elementary Education certification (or eligibility) preferred
- Strong understanding of elementary instructional best practices
- Experience with standards-based instruction and assessment practices preferred
- Knowledge of MTSS/intervention practices and data-informed instruction preferred
