School Year Responsibilities:
The classroom teacher will deliver a developmentally appropriate educational program for students. The teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of students, developing lesson plans that are aligned with the Windham School District Curriculum Standards, delivering high-quality instruction, analyzing student performance data to improve instruction, working in collaboration with all major school community stakeholders, and establishing partnerships with parents to reinforce progress.
