QUALIFICATIONS

Appropriate NJ Certification or Eligibility required for Elementary Teacher.

DESCRIPTION

Experience teaching Gifted & Talented students Training in differentiation, enrichment models, or gifted education strategies Experience with inquiry-based or problem/project-based learning Strong ability to differentiate instruction for advanced learners Passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and intellectual risk-taking Deep understanding of gifted learners' academic and social-emotional needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to design rigorous, engaging, and flexible curriculum Strong organizational and classroom management skills
