Position Title Elementary Teacher- Leave Replacement Required Application Type Teacher / Admin Job Description Elementary Teacher Monticello Central School District is seeking an Elementary Teacher to fill a Leave Replacement for the following dates: September 15, 2026 till approximately April 12, 2027.

QUALIFICATIONS

Incumbents must have current and appropriate NYS Early Childhood Education (Birth-2) or NYS Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) certification. The Monticello Central School District is in Sullivan County, NY, which is centrally located between New York City, Albany and the Pocono Mountain region. This provides a rare combination to live in a rural setting and still be close to major metropolitan areas for recreation and work. Monticello is the largest of the seven county school districts with a multicultural enrollment of approximately 2700 students.
