Yesterday Job Description Greeneview Elementary (K-3) is searching for a Grade 1 Classroom Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. All students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade are served in a self-contained classroom with pull-out and push-in services for gifted and special education students.

Applicants must demonstrate:

The ability to effectively plan and teach lessons that support and extend the New State Learning Standards and meet the needs of all learners in a self-contained classroom The ability to make and carry out long-range instructional and program planning An understanding of best practices for quality instruction and student achievement The ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate learners with multiple ability levels in the regular classroom and small group settings The ability and willingness to work as part of a team of classroom teachers and administrators to plan how to best meet the needs of students The ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and teachers The ability to keep accurate and thorough records A record of consistently managing paperwork and handling work assignments in a timely manner Questions and materials may be sent to Sabrina Woodruff, Superintendent, at sabrina.woodruff@greeneview.org.
