Monitor and assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments; analyze performance data to tailor instructional strategies effectively. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and educational technology integration to enhance teaching effectiveness. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, behavioral concerns, and upcoming activities through conferences and written reports. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, behavioral incidents, and compliance documentation in accordance with educational regulations.
