Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum and Instruction :
Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum to spark curiosity and support holistic growth.
Classroom Management :
Build a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and positive interactions.
Family Communication :

Top Talent:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field strongly preferred. Associate's, Certificate of Mastery, or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required. At least 2 years of lead teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting, with a proven track record of innovative instruction. Completion of state-required pre-service training and ongoing professional development. Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
