Primary Teacher Opportunities - Lancaster & Surrounding Areas Teaching Personnel Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity this September? Teaching Personnel is working with a network of warm, welcoming, and supportive Primary Schools across Lancaster and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for dedicated educators to join them. Whether you are an Experienced Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have a variety of roles available to suit your skills and preferences. The Role You will have the opportunity to work in a range of fantastic primary school settings, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons while making a real difference to pupils' education. Roles may include day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or longer-term positions starting from September. Pay & Benefits Competitive daily rates: £120 - £160 (depending on experience) Paid weekly via PAYE - no umbrella fees Flexible working opportunities to suit your availability Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Access to professional development and training ✅ Requirements To be considered, you must: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Be committed, reliable, and passionate about teaching Demonstrate strong classroom management and a positive teaching approach Why Teaching Personnel?
