The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in fostering the growth and development of young learners. ## Duties
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the kindergarten curriculum
  • Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students
  • Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
  • Integrate technology and interactive learning tools into lessons
  • Provide individualized attention to students to support their academic and social-emotional growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
  • Incorporate literacy education and library services into the curriculum
  • Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate all children
  • Implement Montessori principles in classroom activities ## Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
  • State teaching certification for kindergarten or elementary education
  • Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and educational standards for kindergarten
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students
