Job OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly qualified Grade 4 teacher to join our team for the 2026
The ideal candidate will create an engaging classroom environment, integrate Catholic values throughout the curriculum, and collaborate effectively with the community. They will have a background in elementary education, with expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and differentiated instruction.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver rigorous, engaging, and developmentally appropriate instruction in all core Grade 4 subjects.
Integrate Catholic faith and values into daily lessons and classroom community.
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Assess student progress regularly and provide timely, individualized feedback.
Communicate consistently and professionally with parents/guardians.
Participate in school-wide activities, liturgies, and professional development. Maintain accurate records consistent with school and diocesan policies.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Education or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Commitment to supporting and modeling Catholic values required, practicing Catholic preferredExperience teaching at the elementary level preferred.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for working with children.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
