Support students' social-emotional development through positive behavior management and individualized attention. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements or working with individuals with autism. Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of instruction during teacher absences. Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate regularly with school administrators regarding student progress and classroom needs. Requirements Prior classroom experience or childcare background demonstrating familiarity with classroom management and lesson delivery.
