Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture children aged 3 to 6 in a vibrant, child-centered learning environment. Your expertise in Montessori methodology will guide children through developmental milestones, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Duties Develop and implement Montessori-aligned curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 3 to 6, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages independence, exploration, and respect for each child's unique learning style. Lead daily lesson planning, activity facilitation, and classroom management to maintain an organized and stimulating space. Observe and assess children's progress regularly, utilizing child development instruction techniques and standardized testing when appropriate. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities through regular updates and meetings. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child welfare standards at all times. Manage classroom behavior proactively by implementing positive behavior management strategies that promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements:
