Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with state and district curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student growth, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning. Use assessment data to guide instruction and ensure student progress. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and classroom activities. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching strategies. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support student achievement and school goals. Maintain classroom organization, manage student behavior, and promote a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid Texas teaching certification for 1st/2nd grade or the ability to obtain one. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
