We are looking for an educator who loves working with young learners and can create a classroom where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to learn. Salary $40,000 annually - Bachelor's degree, teacher certification not required $45,000 annually - Bachelor's degree with current teacher certification Responsibilities The Kindergarten Teacher will: Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment. Teach foundational skills in reading, phonics, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies . Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and learning levels of students. Use hands-on activities, projects, technology, and creative learning experiences to keep students engaged. Monitor student progress and provide additional support or enrichment when needed. Establish clear classroom expectations and use positive classroom management strategies. Maintain regular communication with parents and families regarding student progress. Collaborate with other Adinvita teachers and staff. Participate in school activities, professional development, and special events. Help students develop independence, confidence, responsibility, and a love of learning.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to create a nurturing yet structured classroom environment Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children Dependability, professionalism, and a willingness to work as part of a team
Preferred:
Texas teaching certification Previous experience teaching Kindergarten or early elementary students Experience with differentiated or small-group instruction Teacher certification is NOT required for candidates who hold a bachelor's degree.
