Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, and physical education Utilize differentiated instruction techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, including students with special needs or autism spectrum disorder Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance student engagement and facilitate interactive learning experiences Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments, standardized testing, and performance data analysis to inform instructional strategies Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a safe and productive learning environment. Help out young children to understand and complete home works, and prepare them for daily grades. Experience Proven classroom experience teaching elementary school students in diverse settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum , implementation, and assessment across core subjects like English language arts and mathematics Experience working with children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services Strong background in classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and student engagement Familiarity with educational technology platforms for lesson planningand student assessment. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and data analysis to monitor student progress effectively.
