Position :

Experience as a lead teacher a must. Work in Christian education or a master's degree in a social studies/history discipline a plus. Monday-Thursday plus 1/2 day every other Friday. PCCS offers a shorter school term and a compressed week which also factor into salaries. Starting pay is typical of small school and not what public or large private schools offer due to our lower tuition structure and family pool of primarily middle-class/lower middle-class incomes. Salaries at PCCS vary considerably partly due to this compressed school year of 35 weeks (less than public), courses taught, experience, degrees, and especially the particular teacher's schedule (periods per day, days per week).
