Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to inspire and educate students in early childhood education. This paid position offers the opportunity to create engaging lesson plans, support diverse learning styles, and monitor student progress within a dynamic classroom setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, and social studies. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and individual needs, including students with special education requirements or autism. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Use educational technology tools to enhance instruction and foster interactive learning experiences. Monitor student performance through assessments, standardized testing, and ongoing progress tracking; analyze data to inform instruction. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and development through meetings and written reports. Collaborate with fellow teachers, educational staff, and administrators to plan interdisciplinary activities and share best practices. Experience Proven classroom experience in elementary school settings with a focus on early childhood development. Demonstrated ability to implement curriculum effectively across core subjects such as literacy, math, writing, and physical education. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Familiarity with educational technology integration, learning management systems, and digital resources for teaching. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and differentiated instruction. Knowledge of educational compliance standards, standardized testing procedures, and child development principles. Prior experience working in private or public school environments is preferred; Montessori or other specialized teaching certifications are a plus.
