An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote academic, social, and emotional growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, manage daily routines, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Partnering closely with families and colleagues, you'll foster a nurturing community that reflects KinderCare's commitment to diversity, collaboration, and continuous growth while supporting each child's unique potential.
