Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lower Elementary Teacher to work with students in smaller class size. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, skilled in creating a nurturing classroom environment, and committed to meeting the needs of young learners. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in core subjects (literacy, math, science, and social studies)
• Foster a positive, structured, and engaged classroom culture
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with faculty and participate in school events and professional development
• Integrate hands-on, interactive, and play-based learning experiences Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• Experience teaching or working with children in K-3rd grade
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree preferred in Education or related field
• Experience in a private or independent school setting
• Background in early literacy instruction (phonics, guided reading, etc.)
• Familiarity with social-emotional learning strategies What We Offer
