Immediately Job Description Brewster-Pierce Memorial School in Huntington, VT is seeking a dedicated and dynamic elementary teacher to join our school community. Design and promote learning experiences that celebrate diversity and individual strengths. Demonstrate proactive, trauma-informed classroom management strategies. Have knowledge of and experience with implementing mindfulness strategies. Experience working in a multiage classroom. Nurture and promote self-discovery, respect, cooperation, and growth mindset in students. Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with families. Collaborate effectively and respectfully with colleagues. Understanding and experience with Multi Tiered Systems of Supports Seek and embrace constructive feedback with the perspective that continuous growth is essential for professional fulfillment. Use data and evidence to self-evaluate current practices and to shape classroom experiences to best meet student's needs.
