To Be Determined Job Description •This pay range is based on education and experience• St Albans City School (SACS) is seeking a Kindergarten through grade 6 teacher. A K-6 teacher creates grade appropriate programs and a positive class environment that motivates pupils to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes, according to each pupil's ability, in order to develop a solid foundation for continued learning. Experience:
Bachelor's Degree.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Vermont Teaching License endorsed in Elementary Education for grades K-6. About the
Maple Run Unified School District:
The Maple Run Unified School District enrolls approximately 2,700 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school district includes 2 pre-k 8 schools in the St. Albans area, 1 pre-k 8 school in Fairfield, Vermont, Bellows Free Academy (High School) and the Northwest Technical Center. St. Albans offers convenient access to Lake Champlain, is approximately a 30 minute drive to Burlington, VT, is a 3.5 hour drive to Boston, and is a 1.5 hour drive to Montreal, Quebec.
