• Full-time Elementary Classroom Teacher (Full-Time) Three Rivers Christian School (TRCS) is seeking an Elementary Classroom Teacher who is passionate about excellent instruction, strong classroom culture, and Christ-centered education.

Full-time Work location: In person (Three Rivers Christian School Elementary campus) Pay range: $30,000 $40,000 per year

Simple IRA with 3% matching, Tuition discount, Health insurance Key Responsibilities Strong English language proficiency is required to ensure effective instruction, supervision, and parent communication. Establish and maintain clear classroom routines, expectations, and a positive learning environment. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to learning objectives; communicate objectives clearly. Differentiate instruction to meet student interests and learning needs. Assess student learning using a variety of methods and provide timely feedback. Provide individual or small-group support for students who need additional help. Partner with families and staff; maintain confidentiality and complete required documentation. Participate in professional development and fulfill other duties as assigned. Support TRCS's mission through Christ-centered teaching, discipleship, and role modeling. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution ACSI certification (required) or willingness to obtain Teaching experience: 3 years (preferred in a Christian school) Current First Aid/CPR (required upon employment) Successful completion of required background screening and fingerprinting Willingness to sign and uphold the TRCS Statement of Faith and Community Standards/Lifestyle Statement Additional Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; TRCS does not sponsor work visas No relocation assistance is provided; applicants must reside locally or be able to relocate independently Must demonstrate strong English communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and staff.
