Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a real difference in students' communication skills as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite opportunity supports learners from elementary through high school, working across a range of disabilities from mild to severe. Full-time hours follow a Monday through Friday schedule with consistent seven-hour days.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist Certification required SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred Experience providing speech services within a school setting (elementary, middle, or high school) Comfort working with students with a variety of communication needs related to diverse disabilities Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with a variety of needs and diagnoses Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and contribute to IEP development Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state requirements Provide guidance on speech-language development and support classroom staff with strategies and accommodations Participate in staff and team meetings, both virtually and in-person as required
