MUST HAVE ATLEAST AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE

Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention programs, and inclusive teaching strategies for diverse learners. Valid certification in first aid and CPR; ongoing commitment to child welfare standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Experience teaching physical education or integrating movement activities into daily routines is highly desirable.
