Category Faculty The Sonny Astani Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering seeks candidates for part-time faculty teaching positions to teach construction and construction practices. This is a part-time faculty appointment effective Fall 2026. Applicants must submit a letter stating their interest in a part-time teaching faculty position, and should include a description of their background, area(s) of specialization, and teaching experience, a detailed curriculum vitae, and 4 letters of recommendation. Qualified candidates must have a master's and/or PhD degree in civil and/or environmental engineering. Three to five years of industry experience is preferred.
