at Walter P Moore and Associates Inc in Chicago, Illinois, United States Job Description Structural Intern Job Location US-IL-Chicago Req Number 2025-3537 Category Internships Responsibilities We seek well prepared students of top engineering schools to expand their education in structural engineering through the internship program offered at Walter P Moore. As an engineering intern in our structural engineering group, you will participate on project teams for architectural projects of all types, including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings. You will also be eligible to participate in our in-house staff development program. Qualifications A sound technical background, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for the challenges of designing great structures are required. This position has an annual salary range as stated below and is, in good faith, an estimate. The actual offered salary will be dependent on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience and internal equity.
