Aug 25, 2026 Description The Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Clemson University is seeking an outstanding candidate for a Postdoctoral Fellow for the group of Dr. Marek Urban. The purpose of this position is to design, synthesize, characterize, and develop novel monomeric and polymeric materials with self-healing and upcyclable properties. Also, provide hands-on experience, mentoring, and training of new graduate students as well as develop new ideas for future funding opportunities. Qualifications Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Materials Science and Engineering or a related discipline, have demonstrated a record of prior research accomplishments, and shown the potential to educate and mentor students.
