  • 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available) Industry aerospace/ aviation (Architecture and Engineering Occupations) Reference number S_175249 Spherion is seeking a motivated Instructor to join the training department of a major aerospace manufacturer.
In this role, you will deliver existing curriculum and lead practical demonstrations to help employees master essential manufacturing systems.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Pay rate: $32.00 per hour (paid weekly)
  • Overtime opportunities: $48.00 per hour
  • Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for qualifying commutes beyond the closest work location
Career Growth:
Potential for contract extension or direct hire based on performance
WORK LOCATIONS
Flexibility to work at any of the following regions is required: 1. Central (Primary): Renton and Seattle 2.
North:
Everett 3.
South:
Auburn (1st shift only)
SHIFT SCHEDULES
Shift times may be adjusted by approximately one hour.
  • 1st
Shift:
5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM to 11:30
PM Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lesson plans and training materials based on industry standards.
  • Provide theoretical and hands-on instruction using relevant tools and equipment.
  • Help develop curriculum and improve the quality of education. ...
  • Maintain a safe learning environment and follow all safety protocols.
Working hours:
5:30 AM
  • 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
  • Ability to instruct technical aerospace courses
  • Proficiency with basic training delivery technology
  • Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
  • Ability to teach courses in electrical installations, mechanical skills, sealant application, and environmental health and safety.
  • Must be a US Citizen (required for this project level).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning space.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
