- ICB What you will do: Teach 8 courses per academic year (4 in fall and 4 in spring) Service duties assigned in consultation with the Department Chair, ICB Director, and Associate Program Chair Qualifications you already possess (Minimum Qualifications) Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
