Job Description
The Department of English at Eastern Connecticut State University invites applications for part-time instructors to teach first-yearcollege writing (ENG 100: College Writing and
ENG 100P
College Writing Plus). ENG 100 is a genre-based course with an emphasis ondeveloping students' research and rhetorical awareness skills.ENG 100P
is the same as ENG 100 but comes with a two-hour lab in which theinstructor and a writing tutor work with students individually or in small groups. We are seeking candidates who can teach at the followingdays and times: MWF 8- 8:50 (ENG 100), MWF 1
- 1:50 (ENG 100), TWR 9
- 11 (ENG 100P), and MTR 2
- 3:45 (ENG 100P).
