Adjunct 2121 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL 60201 Adjunct faculty members are persons appointed by the dean in response to a particular short-term curricular need, upon recommendation from an academic field and from degree program directors. As such, adjunct faculty members teach only occasionally and have no expectation of continuing appointment.
