Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate instructors in English to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering instruction to students at various levels, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to engage and motivate students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Utilize learning technology and instructional design techniques to enhance student understanding and engagement. Assess student progress through quizzes, and assignments while providing constructive feedback. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and participate in academic advising for students. Provide tutoring support for students needing additional assistance outside of regular class hours. Maintain accurate records of student performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree is required. Proven experience working with students in a classroom setting. Strong knowledge of of English concepts Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying abilities. Background in higher education teaching or adult education is a plus.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
