The primary responsibility of the English Teacher will be to enhance students' English language proficiency in areas such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar. The ideal candidate will have experience working with K-12 students and a strong commitment to improving their academic performance.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons to K-12 students. Develop and implement curriculum that addresses the specific needs and learning objectives of each student. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and growth. Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their skill levels and learning styles. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their English language skills. Implement effective teaching strategies to enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Strong knowledge of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing. Familiarity with current teaching methodologies and resources for English language instruction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
