In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, deliver interactive instruction, and support students in achieving their language goals. Duties Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to diverse learner needs and proficiency levels Deliver engaging, clear, and energetic lessons that promote active participation and understanding Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities Provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement and encourage continuous learning Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to communicate confidently Utilize multimedia tools and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience Support students outside of class by offering additional resources or guidance as needed Qualifications Proven experience teaching or tutoring English to learners of various ages and backgrounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan engaging lessons efficiently Passionate about education and dedicated to student success Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learner needs Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology is a plus Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory Join us in making a meaningful impact by empowering learners through the mastery of English!
