Our mission is to help students build strong academic foundations, confidence, and a love for learning in a supportive environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate English Instructor to join our Newark center as a Lead Instructor . Responsibilities Teach English enrichment classes focused on reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension Lead small group instruction for students ages 4-14 Assess student skill levels and personalize instruction when needed Create an engaging and encouraging classroom environment Track student progress and communicate with parents professionally Support curriculum planning and classroom organization Mentor/support assistant instructors as needed Qualifications Prior experience teaching/tutoring English, Reading, Writing, or ELA Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for working with children and helping them grow Patient, energetic, and dependable Bachelor's degree preferred (Education, English, or related field) Prior tutoring center / after-school program experience is a plus What We Offer Positive and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow into a leadership role Flexible part-time schedule Meaningful impact on children's academic success Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
