Miraculous Minds is Hiring! Now Hiring a Dynamic Academic Instructor to Join Our Growing Learning Center in Newport Beach Do you love helping students unlock their potential and grow in confidence? Are you passionate about learning and eager to work with an upbeat, collaborative team? If so, we'd love to meet you! At Miraculous Minds , we specialize in designing custom academic programs that ignite a love of learning. Our programs are highly individualized—rooted in data, tailored to each student's needs, and built on strong, trusting relationships. We're looking for a warm, motivated Instructor who can help students build academic skills while making learning meaningful and fun.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Miraculous Minds Instructor, you'll work directly with K-12 students (in 1:1 and small group settings) to support growth in reading, writing, and/or math. You'll play an active role in: Designing and delivering customized, engaging lessons Building positive student relationships that encourage perseverance and a growth mindset Tracking student progress and adjusting instruction based on real-time feedback and assessment Collaborating with our educational team to ensure consistency and quality across sessions Communicating student growth and needs to families with professionalism and care

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Education, English, Math, or related field preferred) Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring youth Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite and other educational tools
