Job Summary Job Summary Teacher is responsible for providing a faith-centered, engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, and spiritual growth of students in accord with Diocesan guidelines. This role includes planning and delivering developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum standards, integrating Catholic values into daily lessons, fostering a positive classroom culture, and maintaining strong communication with families. The teacher actively participates in school liturgies, school events, and ongoing professional development. Our school is the only Catholic school in Rancho Cordova, and with small class sizes, we hold our teachers to the highest expectations of building positive relationships with students, families, and all members of the community.
