Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver English language lessons to students of various levels
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote student participation and learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience
- Stay updated on current teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lesson plans
Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Patience and understanding when working with diverse student populations
- Organizational skills to effectively manage lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Creativity in developing engaging learning materials and activities
- Knowledge of educational technology tools for online or blended learning environments
