We support students from Grade 1 through Grade 12 (G1-G12) in building strong academic foundations and outstanding portfolios through structured, high-quality learning experiences. Our writing program emphasize writing, critical thinking, and academic excellence—preparing students for top private schools and competitive college pathways. About the Program The Writing Program supports students across G1-G12 in developing essential writing skills. For lower grades (G1-G5), the focus is on: sentence structure paragraph development grammar and foundational writing skills For upper grades (G6-G12), the focus expands to: analytical and structured writing essay organization (narrative, expository, argumentative) clarity, tone, and advanced editing Students are guided to write with structure, logic, and confidence across academic contexts. Who This Role Is For We are looking for educators who are comfortable working with a range of grade levels (G1-G12) , or specialize in either lower school or upper school writing. The ideal candidate can adapt instruction based on student level and provide structured, results-driven writing support. What You'll Do Lead writing sessions for students across G1-G12 (based on experience level) Teach writing structure, grammar, and organization Support students in academic writing (paragraphs, essays, assignments) Provide individualized feedback and editing support Help students improve clarity, logic, and writing confidence Maintain a structured, focused classroom environment Collaborate on curriculum and student progress tracking Communicate clearly with families Who We're Looking For 2-3+ years of experience teaching writing or literacy Experience with elementary and/or middle/high school students Strong understanding of writing instruction across levels Ability to differentiate instruction by grade and skill level Strong classroom and small-group management skills Professional, structured, and engaging teaching style Excellent editing and written communication skills Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred but not required
