Key Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification for General Education (Colorado preferred) Proven experience or strong knowledge in teaching ELA to elementary or middle school students Ability to create inclusive, dynamic, and differentiated lesson plans that address various learning styles Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere Adaptability and a collaborative mindset within a team-focused setting
Core Responsibilities:
