Job Description

Ignite enthusiasm for English Language Arts by guiding middle school students through their academic journey as a contract ELA Teacher. This full-time opportunity is available immediately through the end of the school year in a dynamic Denver-area educational setting. As an onsite instructor, you will be instrumental in fostering a passion for reading, writing, and critical thinking among 6th-8th graders.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Colorado teaching certificate required Experience teaching general education ELA at the middle school level Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to develop engaging, standards-based lesson plans Passion for inspiring students with creative and differentiated instruction Willingness to collaborate with other educators and staff for student success
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging ELA instruction to a diverse classroom of 6th-8th grade students Assess, monitor, and report on student progress aligned with curriculum objectives Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Adapt lessons for varying learning abilities and support individualized education needs Participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as needed
