Role Description The Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bradenton, FL. The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering standards-based lessons that integrate communications and arts themes, managing classroom activities, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Daily responsibilities include differentiating instruction, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues and families, and participating in school-wide events and professional development. The Teacher will also design learning materials, support student leadership opportunities, and contribute to ongoing curriculum improvement aligned with the school's mission. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience guiding students toward academic and personal growth. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear instruction, active listening, and collaboration with students, families, and colleagues. Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field; valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level is preferred. Demonstrated ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms and support diverse learning needs. Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic educational technology tools. Experience or interest in integrating communications and arts into core academic subjects is highly beneficial.
