This position is responsible for teaching ELA to students in grades 7-11, fostering strong reading, writing, critical thinking, and communication skills while helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually in a Christ-centered environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about literature and writing, enjoys building relationships with students, and is committed to helping students become confident readers, writers, and thinkers. Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging ELA instruction for students in grades 7-11. Teach literature, grammar, vocabulary, composition, and writing skills. Assess student learning and provide timely feedback on assignments and writing. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; degree in Education or a related field preferred. Bachelor's degree and previous experience in education. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience working with middle and high school students preferred.
