About the Role The primary role of an ELA teacher is responsible for teaching language skills to their students, including the basics like reading, writing, and speaking. About the Opportunity Helping students develop their writing, reading comprehension, and listening and speaking skills Creative skills to keep students engaged in lessons Planning and implementing class lessons that ensure the attainment of state learning standards and the additional specific grade-by-grade learning standards.
