Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current, active Louisiana Teaching License/Certification with corresponding endorsements for General Education and ELA instruction Demonstrated experience teaching ELA or a closely related subject in a classroom setting Strong classroom management and differentiation skills Ability to cultivate engagement and deliver curriculum to diverse learners Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with fellow educators, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver dynamic, standards-aligned ELA instruction to students on a full-time basis Create, implement, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of multiple learning styles Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment conducive to growth Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance instructional practices and overall student success Maintain accurate records and participate in faculty meetings and professional development
