English Language Arts Teacher Deep understanding of reading and writing instruction aligned with grade-level standards Ability to foster a love of literature while building foundational literacy and analytical skills Skilled in guiding students through the writing process, from brainstorming to revision Strong use of data to drive instruction and close reading gaps Experience with differentiated instruction to support diverse learning needsMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education or related field (Master's preferred) Valid Michigan teaching certification or the ability to obtain one Previous classroom experience at the middle school level strongly preferred Demonstrated commitment to student achievement, equity, and growth Excellent classroom management and communication skillsSalary Range:
