English Language Learning Teacher - .65 FTE Qualifications required: Appropriate teaching license/certification Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Knowledge of language acquisition strategies and instructional best practices.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction to English Language Learners (ELL) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Develop and implement individualized and small-group instructional plans aligned with state standards and language proficiency goals. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student success in all academic areas. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of language development and assessment data. Administer language proficiency assessments and assist with student placement and program recommendations. Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and educational support. Create a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school improvement initiatives. Support compliance with federal, state, and district requirements related to multilingual learner programs.
