Shakopee Public Schools is searching for a 1.0 FTE English Teacher to join the amazing team at West Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year.
Job Summary:
Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability Creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents Works collaboratively with other staff members
Qualifications:
Valid MN teaching license in English / Language Arts or Communication Arts / Literature Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction Strong classroom management skills Effective communication skills Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff
