Job Description

We are currently hiring a licensed Teacher for MTSS to join The Capitol Encore Academy in downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina for the 2026 - 2027 . Teamwork, positive relationships, flexibility, and a demonstrated work history of student growth and learning are key qualities we will be looking for in candidates. Any experience with the Arts is a plus. We offer competitive salary and benefits based upon education and years of professional experience. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student. Provide learning experiences designed to meet individual needs through individual and/or group instruction.
